 | Contest period
will run from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003. |
 | Entry Fee: 1
scrapping related item with a value of at least $3.00 but not more
than $10.00. Only 1 item is required during the entire contest
period. |
 | Entry deadline:
The contest administrator must receive your entry fee before April
1, 2003 for you to be eligible to win the grand prize in this
contest. This entry fee will also make the participant eligible to
win the prizes that will be awarded by the monthly sponsors. Those
who send in their prize award after the April 1 deadline will not be
eligible to win one of the grand prize awards but she will be
eligible to win the sponsor’s prizes in the monthly contests for the
remainder of the contest period. The participant’s entry fee will
still be used for the prize awards at the end of the year.
|
 | Prizes: Will be
determined by the participants, as their Entry Fees will be awarded
at the end of the contest period. |
 | Winners: There
will be 3 ‘official’ winners of this contest. They will be the 3
participants who complete the most completed scrapbook pages during
the contest period. |
 | Counting:
Participants will begin counting the number of completed pages
beginning with the first day of the month that the contest
administrator received the entry fee. IE: If your entry fee is
received on February 20, you may go back and count the pages you
have completed since February 1. Pages completed in January are not
to be counted, as you were not officially participating during the
month of January. |
 | “Completed Pages”:
Your page is considered ‘completed’ if you have nothing else you
wish to add to the layout. THIS INCLUDES JOURNALING! I know that
sometimes we think we will go back and journal a little something
later but if you are going to do that, you must wait to count the
page until you have finished the journaling. A rule of thumb would
be that if you are ready to slip it into a page protector, (if you
use them), then you have a completed page. |
